After heat treatment, high-precision grinding and hardness testing, concentricity / tooth profile accuracy testing, dimension / tolerance / parallelism / verticality testing are carried out to ensure that the gears are not affected by thermal treatment deformation. After the spline is tested for tightness, it is cleaned and oiled, wrapped with PE protective film, and finally packed into plywood case for export fumigation and delivery.
